The arena is a multipurpose venue that also hosts Reading Royals hockey, concerts, and family events, so its seating and floor configuration can change to suit each production.
Santander Arena is located at 700 Penn St, Reading, PA 19602, and has a capacity of approximately 8,500. Lower-bowl seats put spectators close to the arena floor and the competition; the 300-level offers a broader view from higher up. Floor access and configurations can vary by event, so check the ticket details before choosing a seat.
For a close view of the action, consider lower-bowl seating near the center of the arena. Center sections in the upper bowl can provide a useful panoramic perspective, while extreme corner seats in the upper tier may feel more distant. Premium suites and Loft Lounge access are available for select events, subject to event configuration and availability.
Parking is available in the arena's nearby garage and in downtown Reading lots. The official garage is adjacent to the venue, while surface lots and other garages provide alternatives within a few blocks. Arriving early is recommended, particularly for busy event dates.
Pre-booking or planning an alternative is a sensible approach because the official garage can fill quickly. Rideshare services also operate in Reading, with pickup and drop-off near the Penn Street venue entrance.
